Called the Vodafone Red Box Service, it is a first-of-its-kind free of cost telecom service offering in the city.
How does the Vodafone Red Box Work?
It is designed to ensure easy and secure transfer of key data and media files, including internal memory and SIM card contacts. Trained Vodafone customer executives will take care of the data transfer requirements of the customers. Vodafone Red Box is compatible with all branded handsets. The technology can be sued to transfer data from and to any handset brands available in the market.
