IRCTC to Launch New Website and Budget Hotels by 2014
Anyone who tried booking tickets through the IRCTC website knows the pain. Given a chance nobody will go back to the site again.
To attract more user and to make the website more user friendly IRCTC (The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) has decided to launch a new website by April, this year.
