The selected candidate will analyze all the financials for the projects undertaken by the company (IT, telecom, software required for the operation of the company and and company financial accounts. He will be handling the financial side of the entire projects. Cash flow projections, IRR, NPV (Net Present Value) and other financials shall be his responsibility. Ø Analyze & Project Revenue EstimatesØ Analyze the other Revenue SourcesØ Analyze the uses source and uses of funds· General Operating Expenditure (Salaries, benefits & other operational expenses)· Capital FundsØ Preparing the financial analysis for Pre-Feasibility study reports (Like pay back period, Equal yearly Installments against borrowing, Internal rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) etc.Minimum graduate/ post graduate in Commerce, and MBA ( obtained through attending study classes- no online degrees or executive MBA acceptable) or CA. with 7 to 10 years in finance area. Knowledge in Oracle Financials is apt for the proper functioning. Salary Minimum 5000 USD per month (package) plus generous bonus. Ready to join on short notice.
